Basic Education Coalition Makes the Case for Robust Investment in U.S. Basic Education Programs

U.S. quality basic education programs are having a tangible positive impact on children, communities and nations around the world.  The Basic Education Coalition (BEC) shares compelling evidence here how U.S. investments in quality basic education programs are improving learning, enabling effective sustainable development, enhancing security and protecting chidlren from human rights abuses.

This information and evidence make the case that continued robust investments in U.S. global basic education programs are needed to expand access to and improve the quality of basic education programs, and accelerate progress towards the goal of Education for All by 2015.
